Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our work through your purchase. As a non-profit organisation, every order helps us provide vital support to children in Gaza.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

To start a return, please contact us at merchandise@childrennotnumbers.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Certain items (such as personalised or limited-edition products) may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Please include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Additional Notes

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you'd prefer to donate the value of your item rather than request a refund, we are sincerely grateful for your kindness and support.
