Shipping policy
At Children Not Numbers, we want to make sure your order reaches you quickly and reliably, while keeping costs low so that more of our funds go directly to supporting children. Here’s how our shipping works:
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Items in stock: We aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed after 4pm, weekends or bank holidays: Processed the next working day.
- Pre-orders: These are produced to avoid waste and unnecessary costs. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for dispatch.
- In some cases, pre-orders may need to be cancelled by us prior to dispatch if an item cannot be fulfilled. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping Time
- UK delivery: Usually arrives within 2 - 4 working days once dispatched.
- Europe: Usually 5 - 10 working days once dispatched.
- Rest of the world: Delivery times vary but typically take 10 - 20 working days.
Shipping Costs
Postage fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details provided whenever available.
Delays
While we do everything we can to meet these timelines, occasional delays beyond our control (e.g. courier or weather disruptions) may occur. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.
